The lesson can be rescheduled by both parties free of charge the day before the scheduled lesson until 3 p.m. sharp (Moscow time UTC+3). Rescheduling or canceling a scheduled lesson does not imply a refund for the lesson, but means the opportunity to reschedule it before the end of the monthly subscription. Repeated cancellations may result in the teacher refusing to interact with the student in the future.
